She is a graduate of the International Culinary Center in Manhattan and has over 15 years of professional cooking experience. Over the years she’s worked in various capacities for outlets such as Bon Appetit, Food Network, HelloFresh, The Kitchn, Epicurious, and more.

Raised on a working farm, Olwen is passionate about fresh, seasonal produce and equal food access for all. She dreams of a future where our global food systems benefit producers, consumers, and the environment.

Olwen currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband Will, her cat Theo, and her now definitely too-large plant collection.
